320 ha Lay Flat mobile system for corn drip irrigation from Aquamat 2000

Corn drip irrigation increases yields and quality of the production. By irrigation conditions the corn yield is increased with 50%.

On the overall area of 320 ha is placed Lay Flat mobile system for corn drip irrigation from Aquamat 2000.
For water supply is used Yantra river, the water is pushed via motor pumps to filter groups. Every filter group consist of two sand filters DROP. Water quantity, which goes through the filter groups is 96 m3/h by working on two irrigation areas together. Every filter has fertilise injector. For finer cleaning next to every sand filter is installed group of disk filters.
Using flat hose "Lay Flat" doesn't stop the crop cultivation. "Lay Flat" is tough and long-lasting. With help from distributor knots and watertake sleeves the water is passed to drip tape "Aqua-TraXX" of TORO /USA/.

Using these types drip tapes allowed reaching rows up to 600-650 m (diameter ф22) and equable irrigation 90%.
Every distributor knot has installed programmer on 9V for automatic control of the system.

The main advantage of LAY FLAT mobile system is the possibility for mechanical placing and collecting, that facilitates and forces the working process. If you treat the system right you can use it more than one season.
